Hi! My name is Natalia and I'm usually the one running the show! I am a second generation born American to Polish immigrants. My entire life I have had a passion for art and creating. My first love stemmed from rocks/beads which I have passed onto my two beautiful children. With this brand and business I hope to be an example for my children, your children and YOU! SHIPPING & SHOP POLICY
What You Need to Know
First of all, thank you so much for your order! Your support means the world to me and my family. Since I am the only one in the family making all of your jewlery, shipping and processing times will be slightly longer compared to big box stores and online websites. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number within 1-4 days of your order. Once you receive your e-mail, please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be shipped. Items are shipped through USPS. I try my best to send orders out a fast as possible but I am a wife and mother first and I do this for my family. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
LOST/STOLEN PARCEL
The moment your package leaves my hands and is picked up by USPS it is out of my hands.
In the event your package is lost or stollen please reach out to your local post office for any and all questions or concerns. The post office will assist you in recovering your package or refunding your package ONLY if you purchased priority shipping! The ONLY way to purchase priority shipping is to message me directly before or after your purchase. Standard free shipping that is offered on the website is NOT covered by insurance therefore you cannot file a claim, only a complaint!
- In the event that you see "label created/shipment ready for USPS" or any message along these lines and the status has not updated in the next 72 hours we will need a two week grace period to allow the postal service to locate and or track the package and update the status before we can take further action. Everything will be determined on a case by case basis. This occurs when the package has been mishandled and has ZERO reflection on us as a business. When your packages are dropped off and mailed out we trust our postal carriers to handle all of your goods with care.
DAMAGED GOODS
Finally got your stunning goodies but they came damaged!? You have a total of four business days to reach out to us and let us know STARTING from date of arrival. This is to protect us and our carriers to ensure the damage happened in transit and not after. If your case qualifies for repair or replacement it will take 12/14 business days to get to you after I receive the original product.
AN UHOH!
On occasion things happen. If something happens to your goodies at no fault of your own you will have 30 days from time of product arrival to reach out to have your product replaced or repaired at no additional cost. After the 30 day mark you will have your case assessed and determined wether or not you qualify for a repair or replacement. You as the customer must pay shipping for the returned item if needed repaired or replaced.
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept "I changed my mind"
